Just bought my tickets for this evening. Never seen a film in 3D, can't wait....

From what I have heard I don't think I will bother with Prometheus, but I have seen several 3D films over the years and the technology has improved greatly. I saw Tintin 3D last year and had no eye strain or discomfort and it really added to the film. |

I recommend the 3D - it's the first 3D film I've seen but it was really impressive, and from what I've heard, the 3D effect on this particular film was very subtle compared to others. |

I think it asked more questions than it answered, in the style of Lost.... but I'd watch it again. Not a patch on Aliens of course but way better than the AVP films. |

The 3D was awesome. Won't say anything to spoil the film but it was an interesting watch, quite thought-provoking as well as a reasonable amount of gore and Alien stuff. Recommended if you're an Alien fan. |

I haven't even heard of Prometheus. But the only 3D film I've seen was 'Pirates in an Adventure with Scientists', thoroughly enjoyed the film, probably more than the kids  but what I found with 3D was that there was so much detail in some of the scenes it was almost too much to take in. |
