Posted - 18/07/2012 : 18:10:43 How do my fellow users find the vibration on this phone? I've missed numerous calls and messages on mine as I can only feel it if it's in my hand. I can't hear it vibrate on my desk like all my previous phones. |

Posted - 23/07/2012 : 23:14:43 Use a ring tone that is just a single lower frequency beep. It's unobtrusive and often difficult for other people to source the direction of the sound (handy for meetings). But if you know what it is then even after a few seconds of wondering you'll probably remember that it may be your phone.

I assume you have set Settings/Sound/ Vibration Intensity to maximum?
Yes, but it's still pitiful compared to my old iPhone.
Mine's the same. Barely noticeable. I thought it was faulty, but others who use it agree it's pretty pathetic.

If you want to hear it, you could try using a 'ringtone'.
Not always appropriate.
True, though I often wonder what makes BZZZZZZZZT different when I'm sat in the library! |

Posted - 18/07/2012 : 19:15:02 No issues here, my phone spends most of its time on silent. I also use a "missed message" app which flashes the screen on and off. |
