I'm after a pair of clear acrylic bass drum hoops in either 18" or 20" (determining the shell sizes I purchase). I've seen a few people do them on kits (Sonor have them as an SQ2 option, and Crush drums have them on their new acrylic kits) but I wondered if anyone knew anywhere that would do them without the rest of the kit?

Highwood good call. Also ST drums have some.
