Hi people I think I need one of these. I want to make "sounds" etc (I have some plugins that I think will work with mixcraft) for a project I'm working on. I think you can use the keyboard (computer one) but I find that too hard!

Question is, am I after the right thing? And does it really matter what one I get? Does it have to be a certain type or is the cheapest one ok?

As long as your PC/soundcard/audio interface has a midi in socket any keyboard with a midi out should work fine.If you dont have a midi socket on your PC you can buy a midi to usb lead which will also work!
