I had seen adverts for a Zildjian clinic with Vinnie in Making Music magazine, I couldn't spell his name but I just new that he was a good player. Then I heard him for the very first time playing on Nik Kershaw's 'The Works' and then I KNEW he was a great player. That fill in 'Don't Ask Me' is unbelievable!
The drums are very well recorded too. On a side note, said that his wife sings like a bird. I may be able to get a review of last night's show. https://www.facebook.com/events/410960078933081/

It's been a favourite of mine since it came out. First time I'd heard Vinnie for me too... Nik Kershaw seem's to have had good taste in drummers, the previous album (radio musicola) has good performances from Mark Brzezicki & Simon Phillips...

I am still with Nik and very much looking forward to our Summer shows and the Autumn tour. He is not only a great songwriter/guitarist but a lovely man to boot!
