Did my eyes decieve me, or were there a brace of vintage kits on Jools last night? Looked to me like a Rogers with Richard Hawley (damned fine the band were too - who is the drummer?) and a Ludwig with Charles Bradley. Both in gold or was it (be still my beating heart) champagne sparkle? Keep your eye's peeled - there'll be a Hayman on there before long at this rate.

It was Dean Beresford. Nice kit it was too and the Luddy being used with Bradley. Not sure if the latter was vintage or not. Need some expert advice on that one! Really enjoyed the Hawley tunes though thought there might have been a little tension between him and the drummer who seemed to fluff the count-in (happens to us all!).

Ludwig, Zildjian
