Brilliant service: Ordered item yesterday, got a phonecall saying the specific one was out of stock and was suggested an alternative, got a small refund and item delivered this morning.

The Shackers are brilliant. It is really a proper drum shop. They can always be relied on to have the odd bit of gear you need. Amazing. My wife took me there as a surprise on my 50th (weird, I know - we did other stuff too, honest), they all sang Happy Birthday and bashed every drum and cymbal in the shop. Love em!
