Can any of you talented people help with a slogan/quote/ditty that I can put at the bottom of my bands cards and promotional bits and pieces. I'm struggling to come up with anything tidy. Band name is Uprising. Pub rock covers, think ACDC/Lizzy/phonics/biffy clyro/etc.
We've got a logo sorted. It's of a phoenix rising. If you want to have a look at that you can see it on our facebook page (cheap plug, I know!)

I like this actually, if it's pubs you're looking at you'll probably do well with not being too pretentious. I expect the brutal straightforwardness of a slogan like this will stick in people's mind, but it also manages their expectations a bit <managementJargon>so you actually undersell and overdeliver</managementJargon>.
