Im a little confused regarding insurance for towing a trailer camper in my partners car.

iv contacted my insurance who said im insured third party to drive my partners car but not insured for the trailer camper, however the trailer camper is insured seperatly so would i be overall insured?

Why don't you get yourself added as a named driver to your partner's car?

that is an option but if i dont have to at the moment then i wont because i cant afford it :-)

Does the trailer camper insurance specify that anyone can tow it?
