The 10 finalists played in front of a live audience and our judges Geoff Dugmore, Simon Hanson, Eddy Thrower, Cherisse Osei, Reto Wild (from Paiste Switzerland) and Nico Neverman (Gewa Germany), this was the 21st year of the event!

This years winner was 15 year old Tyler Baker from Colchester who walked away with a new PDP drum kit with Gibraltar hardware, a set of Paiste cymbals and Gewa drum cases from our generous 2023 sponsors.

Each finalist received a goody bag filled with gifts from Vic Firth, Meinl cymbals, Meinl sticks and Brushes, Paiste cymbals, Gewa, Gibraltar, Zildjian, Evans drum heads, Dube percussion and ProMark drum sticks.

The talent this year was phenomenal and it was not an easy task for the judges! The atmosphere in the audience and backstage was great and the day was enjoyed by everyone.
